All orders to be delivered within the United Kingdom are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked and Signed For Service, with this service a signature is required upon receiving your parcel.
Please allow up to 4 working days for your order to be despatched.
Once your order has been despatched from the store you will receive a despatch email confirming this, within this email it will contain a link to the Royal Mail Track and Trace service where this will show the status of your parcel. If you have not received your order within 10 working days from despatch and Royal Mail Track and Trace is unable to provide a helpful status of the parcel please get in contact with us.

Please allow 4 working days for your order to be picked and despatched you should then receive your order within 10 working days for Europe orders and 15 working days for ROW orders from date of despatch. Once your order has been despatched from the store you will receive a despatch email confirming this, within this email it will contain a link to the Royal Mail Track and Trace service where this will show the status of your parcel. If you have not received your order within the outlined time scales above and Royal Mail Track and Trace is unable to provide a helpful status of the parcel please get in contact.
International Delivery & Customs Charges
For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes, and handling charges may be applied once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Oxford United Football Club has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as customs policies vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information prior to placing an order.
If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or import charges, it may not be returned to us and could be destroyed by the destination country’s customs authority. In these circumstances, we are unable to offer a refund for the goods or any associated postage costs.
Click and Collect
Beat the queues by using our Click and Collect service and collect from the Oxford United Club Shop on the Ozone Leisure Park. No need to queue, just find a member of our friendly Retail team instore who will assist with your collection.
Please note: Click and Collect orders will be held for 6 months will be destroyed.
Online Exclusive Items
Online Exclusive Items are despatched by one of our third-party retail partners. These items can take a little longer to despatch, these items may take 7-10 working days to arrive.
Online Exclusive Items may also use another courier service than the Royal Mail.
If your tracking detail is a 17 digit code starting with 'H0' this will have been despatched via a courier service with EVRi and can be track here: https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel

Pre-Order Items
If your order contains items that are currently on Pre Order and items that are available your order will be held until the whole order can be despatched. If you wish to receive the items that are available as soon as the order is placed please place two orders to split the Pre Order Items and available items.
